GH Spoilers: Willow Accepts Nina’s Wedding Invitation – Front-Row Seat to Bio Mom’s Downfall?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will eventually pull through her health crisis and get on the road to recovery. Willow’s bone marrow transplant should be a success and put her on the path to living a normal life again.
That’ll give Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) something to celebrate, but we want to talk about a different reason to celebrate for a moment – namely Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) wedding day.
Sonny and Nina just got engaged, so we should go ahead and start thinking about the guest list for their nuptials.
Now that Michael has pushed for peace, Sonny might hope his son’s willing to attend his marriage ceremony.
It’d be asking a lot considering how much Michael hates Nina, but it’d mean a lot to Sonny if Michael could be there.
Likewise, Nina would love for Willow to attend, so she might deliver an invitation and hope for the best.
This could really highlight a huge problem for Willow along with her hypocrisy.
Willow hated the idea of Michael’s younger siblings being forced to choose between their brother and Sonny.
However, Willow could create the same sort of pressure and awkwardness for her own children, especially Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver), if she keeps standing against Nina.
Does Willow want to create a family divide where she skips any event where Nina’s present?
Willow’s bio mom is set to marry Michael’s dad, so how exactly can she expect family peace unless she at least learns to tolerate Nina?
Plus, Willow may have a new perspective after beating leukemia.
It could make Willow more inclined to give Nina a clean slate, especially since it’d be a great way to repay Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) for her lifesaving bone marrow donation.
Whatever the case, Willow might surprise Nina by actually accepting the wedding invitation and agreeing to attend with Michael.
GH fans know Nina would be over the moon, but her joy could turn to sorrow if this wedding day ends in disaster.
Willow may end up with a front-row seat to her bio mom’s downfall if Nina’s role in ratting out Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) comes out at the wedding.
